Hi, I'm Nishi. I was born and raised in India but found my roots in Los Angeles. For as long as I can remember, cooking has been a part of my life, and experimenting with food has been a passion. Moving to the United States encouraged me to push boundaries. After working in different fields, I found my niche in cooking and sharing culinary experiences with others. I teach at culinary schools to help budding chefs expand their knowledge of global cooking techniques. As a vegetarian mom of two grown up boys/young men who can devour anything that moves on this planet, I embrace the challenge to dish out anything and everything that catches their fancy or appetite.
